  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup diced smoked beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet, sauté spinach, bell peppers, and tomatoes until soft, then add smoked beef and cook briefly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Combine sautéed veggies and smoked beef with the egg mixture, stir in cheese.
