Description

Ingredients

    • melted
    • 2 cups cream cheese
    • softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups fresh strawberries
    • sliced
    • ½ cup all‑purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

    Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to fully preheat.

     

  3. Prepare the Crust

    Combine graham crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased 9×13‑inch pan.

     

  4. Make the Filling

    Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then eggs one at a time, finish with vanilla.

     

  5. Add Strawberries

    Fold sliced strawberries gently into the batter.

     

  6. Sprinkle Topping

    Mix flour and baking powder, sprinkle over batter.

     

  7. Bake

    Bake 30–35 minutes until edges set and center slightly jiggles.

     

  8. Cool & Chill

    Cool on a rack 20 minutes, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Dust with powdered sugar, cut into 12 bars, and enjoy.
