- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Spoon sauce over chicken before serving and garnish if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs with thick chicken breasts, but thighs stay juicier in a slow cooker.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half or milk instead of heavy cream, understanding the sauce will be thinner and less rich.
- Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat gently.
