  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. In another bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture. Fold in mini marshmallows and chopped chocolate. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25‑30 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely before cutting into 12 bars.

Notes

  • For a softer center, do not overbake
  • the bars will continue to set as they cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or wrap individually and freeze for up to two months. Reheat briefly in the microwave for a gooey finish.
