Description

High Protein Apple Bites are a sweet, cozy, and filling snack that packs protein from cottage cheese and eggs, with naturally sweet apples and warm cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup oat flour or finely ground gluten-free oats

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
