Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook smoked beef in skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat; mix in shredded cheese.
  5. Slice biscuit dough horizontally.
  6. Place beef mixture on lower biscuit half, fold and seal.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter; sprinkle parmesan.
  8. Bake 15‑20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the beef mixture. These bombs can be frozen uncooked
