  7. Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon‑sugar, add remaining batter, top with remaining cinnamon‑sugar; swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake 60–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before slicing.
