- 1 pound smoked beef, sliced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
