  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  6. Fold dry ingredients gently into the batter until just combined.
