- 2 cups cooked shredded or sliced chicken
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional for extra filling)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise or spicy mayo (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the teriyaki sauce over it and cook 2–3 minutes until heated through and glossy.
- Warm tortillas for a few seconds on a skillet to make them flexible.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a scoop of rice if using.
- Spoon teriyaki chicken on top.
- Add lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise or spicy mayo if desired, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half and enjoy warm or chilled.
