  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onion and mushrooms until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine smoked beef, sautéed vegetables, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, grape juice, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through; internal temperature should reach 160°F.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
