- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended)
Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in shredded coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly firm.

Notes
- For extra gooey richness, swap half the butter for cream cheese.
- Add 1 tbsp bourbon or rum for a boozy twist.
- Use dark or white chocolate chips to change the flavor.
- Try a graham cracker crust for extra crunch.
- Top with whipped cream or toasted coconut for extra flair.
