- 12 oz noodles of choice
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce or gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes, optional
- Optional garnish: green onions or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and sticky.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until fully coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish if desired.
Notes
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
- Use gluten-free noodles and soy sauce to keep this dish gluten-free.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
