Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 2 cups cooked noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate steak and shrimp.
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Stir-fry steak in hot oil, then remove.
- Cook shrimp in the same pan and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, and veggies.
- Add sauces to the pan and simmer.
- Combine steak, shrimp, and noodles. Toss and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes or chili paste.
- Substitute chicken or tofu for the steak and shrimp.
- For gluten-free options, use tamari and rice noodles.
