- 1 can Rotel, drained well
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour or baking mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: ranch or spicy mayo for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix halal sausage, drained Rotel, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, flour (or baking mix), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until the mixture is fully incorporated and thick.
- Roll into 1–1½-inch balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
