Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and sliced red onion. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss well, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
