Tender garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked with baby potatoes in a rich, savory sauce. Easy, flavorful, and perfect for comfort food lovers!
Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin, cut into chunks
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and seasonings.
Add beef and potatoes to slow cooker. Pour sauce over.
Stir to coat.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3.5–4 hours.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Stir once or twice during cooking for even coating. Serve with crusty bread or fresh salad. Use sirloin for extra tenderness.
