Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the chicken pieces.
  2. Transfer chicken to the slow cooker and add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
  3. Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary over the ingredients and stir gently.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft.
  6. Stir in frozen peas during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Taste, adjust seasoning if needed, garnish, and serve hot.
