- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice and season chicken with Cajun spices, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until cooked through; set aside.
- Cook linguine until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in butter, add cream, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss pasta in sauce and top with sliced Cajun chicken.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
