Description

Ranch Crispy Roasted Chickpeas are a crunchy, flavorful, plant-based snack baked until golden and coated in a cool, herby ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chickpeas very dry with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately toss with garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Let cool slightly to crisp up even more before serving.
