- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 cups turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add gnocchi and sauté for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Pour in chicken broth and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in shredded chicken, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is fully melted and sauce is creamy.
- Fold in baby spinach if using and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use light cream cheese and reduced-fat cheddar.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- If you don’t have turkey bacon, substitute with regular bacon or extra chicken.
- Use gluten-free gnocchi if needed to make it gluten-free (note: gnocchi usually contains gluten).
