  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 cups turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add gnocchi and sauté for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in shredded chicken, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is fully melted and sauce is creamy.
  5. Fold in baby spinach if using and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
