- 1–2 tbsp soy sauce (halal)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups chopped bok choy
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chili crisp, sesame seeds, cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Add frozen potstickers directly into the pot. Simmer 6–8 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Stir in bok choy and carrots, cooking another 2–3 minutes until tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Ladle into bowls and top with green onions and any optional garnishes.
