  • 1216 frozen halal chicken or vegetable potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 tbsp soy sauce (halal)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: chili crisp, sesame seeds, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  4. Add frozen potstickers directly into the pot. Simmer 6–8 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Stir in bok choy and carrots, cooking another 2–3 minutes until tender.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Ladle into bowls and top with green onions and any optional garnishes.
