Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in optional add-ins like walnuts or raisins, if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
