Description

These protein-packed no bake energy balls are soft, chewy, and loaded with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Quick to make, no oven required, and great for breakfast, pre/post workout, or healthy snacking anytime.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add oats, protein powder, and salt. Stir until dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment.
  5. Chill 30 minutes until firm. Store in fridge for up to 7 days.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for best results.
  • Add flaxseed, chia seeds, or coconut for extra texture.
  • If too dry, add 1–2 tsp milk. If too wet, add a bit more oats.
  • Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
