Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin purée, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add protein powder, almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and spices. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
