Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about ¼-inch thick.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and any optional toppings over the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Break into pieces and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
