Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×4″ pan with parchment.
- Mix oats, cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl.
- Add cocoa powder and stir until evenly colored.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Lift out using parchment and cut into 8 bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

- Try almond butter or sunflower seed butter as a peanut-free alternative.
- Add-ins like chia seeds, dried fruit, or shredded coconut are great for variety.
