Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup mashed ripe banana
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, banana, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes.
