Description

Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake delivers warm, cinnamon-kissed mornings with wholesome oats and apples.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
  • Optional add-ins: chopped walnuts or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, and melted oil.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in diced apples and optional add-ins.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
