Easy and wholesome No-Bake Energy Bites made with oats, nut butter, and honey. A perfect, quick snack for any time of the day!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, flaxseeds, and chocolate chips.
  2. Stir in nut butter, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
