Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, and almond flour.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients into a thick batter.
- Fold in optional chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly, and bake for 22–25 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
