Description

Juicy mushroom and Swiss burgers with garlic herb potatoes, all cooked in foil packets—perfect for grilling or baking!


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, 4 slices Swiss cheese, 1½ cups sliced mushrooms, ½ small red onion (thinly sliced), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 lb baby potatoes (halved), 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp butter (optional), non-stick spray or foil-friendly oil


Instructions

Preheat grill or oven. Mix beef with seasonings and shape into 4 patties. Toss potatoes with oil and herbs. Divide ingredients among 4 foil sheets. Seal packets and cook for 25–30 minutes. Open, top patties with Swiss cheese, and heat until melted. Optionally, top with butter before serving.

Notes

Swap Swiss cheese with your favorite variety. Add bell peppers or zucchini for more veggies. Great for camping, grilling, or easy oven dinners. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in foil or skillet.
