- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup (optional, for topping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except ketchup and garnish).
- Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups.
- Top with ketchup if using.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
