Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth for a creamy texture.
  2. Transfer cottage cheese to a bowl and stir in olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
