Instructions

- Cover and chill the dough for 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, just until the bottoms are lightly set.
- Let cookies cool slightly, then gently roll them in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely before serving for the best meltaway texture.
