Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings. Spread over chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Swap mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Use freshly grated Parmesan for extra flavor. Great served with rice, veggies, or salad.
