Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut zucchini into fry-shaped sticks and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini sticks into egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip.
