Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, and seasonings.
- Mix gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 55–60 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
