Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon Borax powder
2 tablespoons white school glue
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1–2 drops glow-in-the-dark paint or glow powder
Small bowls or cups
Spoon or popsicle stick for stirring
Disposable gloves (optional)
Instructions

Mix warm water and Borax powder until dissolved.

Combine glue, cornstarch, and glow paint or powder in a separate bowl.

Pour glue mixture into Borax solution and let sit for 10–15 seconds.

Stir, then knead mixture by hand until it forms a solid ball.

Roll into a smooth ball and charge under bright light.

Turn off lights to watch the glowing effect as the ball bounces.
