- 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup cornmeal or cornbread mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: extra honey drizzle, green onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and honey.
- Stir in whole corn, creamed corn, cornmeal (or cornbread mix), cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Drizzle with a little extra honey if desired and garnish with green onions.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

- For a deeper honey flavor, increase honey by 1 tablespoon.
- If you want a lighter version, substitute half of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
