- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup halal turkey pepperoni or halal beef pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup oat flour or almond flour
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, halal pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir in oat flour or almond flour until a thick, workable dough forms.
- Scoop mixture and roll into small log-shaped rolls.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
