HIGH PROTEIN Pepperoni Pizza Rolls: a cheesy, protein-packed snack with halal pepperoni.
Ingredients

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella or pizza blend cheese
- ¾ cup halal turkey or beef pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.
- Roll dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the sauce.
- Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into even rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Line parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Rolls can be stored in the fridge and reheated before serving.
- Adjust spice with crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
