Description

High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are creamy, cold, protein-packed treats made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the sheet, about 1½ tablespoons each.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 25–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  7. Let sit 1–2 minutes at room temperature before eating for best texture.

Notes

  • Chill the mixture briefly if it’s too soft to scoop, or freeze longer for a firmer bite.
  • Line the sheet with parchment to prevent sticking.
  • For a dairy-free version, use a plant-based yogurt alternative and skip the chocolate chips.
  • Let bites sit a minute or two at room temperature before eating for best texture.
