High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are creamy, cold, protein-packed treats made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

- 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the sheet, about 1½ tablespoons each.
- Place in the freezer for at least 25–30 minutes until firm.
- Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
- Let sit 1–2 minutes at room temperature before eating for best texture.
Notes
- Chill the mixture briefly if it’s too soft to scoop, or freeze longer for a firmer bite.
- Line the sheet with parchment to prevent sticking.
- For a dairy-free version, use a plant-based yogurt alternative and skip the chocolate chips.
- Let bites sit a minute or two at room temperature before eating for best texture.
