Description

High-Protein Bagel Bites: Soft, chewy, gluten-free bites packed with protein that make a quick, savory breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour or almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Optional topping: everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into small pieces and flatten slightly.
  5. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each piece and seal well.
  6. Brush tops lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with optional seasoning.
  7. Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute dairy-free yogurt and dairy-free cream cheese.
  • Using almond flour will increase the fat and calories; adjust accordingly.
