High-Protein Bagel Bites: Soft, chewy, gluten-free bites packed with protein that make a quick, savory breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour or almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional topping: everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
- Divide dough into small pieces and flatten slightly.
- Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each piece and seal well.
- Brush tops lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with optional seasoning.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute dairy-free yogurt and dairy-free cream cheese.
- Using almond flour will increase the fat and calories; adjust accordingly.
- These bites reheat well in the air fryer or toaster oven.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
