- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mash banana, then mix in nut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Add oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder; mix well.
- Fold in optional add-ins. Scoop and slightly flatten on sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool before serving.
