- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray.
- Freeze 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
Notes
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
- For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey and dairy-free yogurt, and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
