- 2–3 tbsp warm water

- 1½ cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend dates, peanut butter, and warm water until smooth and caramel-like.
- Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Sprinkle crushed pretzels over the top and gently press into the caramel layer.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the pretzel layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Slice into bars and store in the fridge.
