Ingredients

- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond flour or oat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix cocoa powder, protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
- Spread in an 8×8-inch pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
- Don’t overbake to keep brownies fudgy.
- Almond or oat flour both work well.
- Add extra chocolate chips on top for visual appeal.
- Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
