Description

Healthy Cookies are soft, chewy, guilt-free treats made with just three ingredients: ripe bananas, rolled oats, and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: 2 tbsp chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, then stir to combine.
  3. Mix in rolled oats until a thick batter forms. Fold in any optional add-ins if desired.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and set.
  6. Cool completely before enjoying these naturally sweet, nourishing cookies!
