Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in oat flour and salt until a soft, cookie-dough texture forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins you like.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes for a thicker texture or enjoy right away with a spoon!
